OUR EXPORT PROCESS
FROM SOURCE TO SHIPMENT

We start by sourcing only the best quality lump charcoal from FSC and NON-FSC certified local Namibian producers.

With our fully automated, high-end production line, our dedicated team sifts and sorts the lump charcoal into various classes, ranging from BBQ to Premium Restaurant Grade.

Once sorted, each order is packed as per the client’s request. We offer a wide range of packaging options, including the ability to use your own custom-branded bags.

our order is carefully stacked on wooden pallets and professionally wrapped, ensuring stability and safety, ready for shipping.

Once loaded, the cargo is transported directly to the Walvis Bay Harbour to be exported to your destination.

Milestones & Growth

2019

Established as a small charcoal supplier based on a farm outside of Omaruru. 

2019 November

ENTERED A PARTNERSHIP with a well-established international business owner, Özgür Karamanlı (Owner of HK ULUSLARARASI)

2020 January

RELOCATED and erected an intermediate-scale processing plant in the Omaruru Industrial Area. 

2020 March

ENTERED THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET, exporting 10 containers per week with a workforce of 14 employees. 

2021 - 2022

Focused on LOCAL JOB CREATION, increasing the workforce to 30 employees, and ENTERED THE WOOD MARKET. 

2023 January

PURCHASED A LARGE-SCALE PROCESSING PLANT on a neighbouring site in Omaruru, increasing the workforce to 56 employees

2023 February

ERECTED A 24M WEIGHBRIDGE at Carbo Nile Namibia CC and established a briquette manufacturing plant at our smaller neighbouring site. 

2023 August

Acquired an FSC Coordinator and formalized organizational structuring, including the establishment of OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment), Policy Creation, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
