Carbo Nile Namibia Exporters CC is a proud charcoal processing, packaging, and export company based in Omaruru, Namibia. Established in 2019, we operate a large-scale, highly productive, and efficient processing plant dedicated to supplying the international market.

Established from humble beginnings on Mr. and Mrs. Scott’s farm just outside Omaruru in 2019, Carbo Nile has rapidly scaled operations to become a key exporter of Namibian charcoal.
We combine state-of-the-art processing technology with a unique commitment to ethical sourcing, utilizing sustainable bush encroachment practices to produce the “greenest charcoal.” Our facility guarantees that every shipment meets the stringent quality and volume demands of our international client.
Our operations deliver critical positive impacts:
Environmental Restoration: Harvesting these bushes helps restore the land’s original ecological value, increases the grasslands’ carrying capacity for wildlife and livestock, and prevents harmful veld fires.
Social Responsibility: We create stable employment opportunities for local, indigenous people, contributing directly to economic stability and growth in the Country.
Our commitment to quality and the environment is ongoing. We are actively working towards achieving ISO 14001 Certification to further cement our dedication to international environmental standards.
We ensure reliable supply and unmatched quality through strategic operations and partnerships:
Our facility is strategically located a stone’s throw from local charcoal producers near Omaruru. This proximity guarantees a consistent and unwavering supply that meets the strict quantity and quality demands of our global clientele. We start by sourcing only the best quality lump charcoal from FSC/NON-FSC certified local Namibian producers.
We have strengthened our international capabilities through a strategic partnership with established business owner Özgür Karamanlı (Owner of HK ULUSLARARASI), enhancing our market access, logistics expertise, and overall global reach.
Automated Sorting: With our fully automated, high-end production line, our dedicated team sifts and sorts the lump charcoal into various classes, ranging from BBQ to premium restaurant grade.
Custom Packaging: Each order is meticulously packed as per the client’s request, with a wide range of packaging options available—clients can even provide their own custom bags.
Shipping: Your order is carefully stacked on wooden pallets and wrapped, ready for smooth transportation to the Walvis Bay Harbour to be exported worldwide.

Our Mission is to establish the leading global standard for sustainably sourced charcoal export from Namibia. We are dedicated to consistently supplying our international clients with the highest quality, precision-graded FSC and NON-FSC certified lump charcoal, while driving positive environmental and socio-economic change in the region.
